This website is for dental professionals. Please share practice and business contact information only when booking a demo.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Dentris is an Invisalign Growth Partner for dental practices. This Privacy Policy describes information handled through dentris.app, our demo booking process and related business inquiries. It does not cover the patient records held by a dental practice or replace any separate data processing agreement for an active partnership.

For questions or requests about your information, contact Dentris at info@dentris.app.

2. Information we receive

  • Information you provide: your name, business contact details, practice information, selected meeting time and answers you choose to submit when requesting a demo or contacting us.
  • Business communications: messages and follow-up correspondence about your inquiry or a potential partnership.
  • Technical information: our hosting, security and scheduling providers may process your IP address, device and browser details, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect their services.

This website does not provide a patient portal or take payment details. Please do not submit patient names, medical records, treatment photographs or other sensitive health information through the demo form or ordinary email.

3. How information is used

We use inquiry and scheduling information to arrange your demo, respond to questions, understand your practice’s needs and discuss a potential partnership. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security. Relevant records may also be used to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting our services, consent where required, or legal obligations. You can ask us for more information about the basis relevant to your request.

Requesting a demo does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. You may ask us to stop optional follow-up at any time.

4. Third-party services and analytics

We embed Calendly to display availability and schedule demo calls. When the home page loads, your browser connects to Calendly. Calendly receives booking details you submit and may collect technical information and use cookies or similar technologies as explained in its Privacy Notice.

The compact embedded view suppresses Calendly’s in-widget privacy banner. This website does not add first-party analytics or advertising cookies. You can manage third-party cookies in your browser; blocking necessary Calendly cookies or scripts may affect scheduling.

Dentris does not use advertising pixels or audience-retargeting tags. When this website is hosted on Vercel, Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregated visits and page views, and Vercel Speed Insights collects performance metrics such as page-loading and responsiveness measurements. These services may receive technical information such as the page visited, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, and performance timings. They are used to understand website usage and improve speed—not to collect the information entered into Calendly.

5. Who may receive information

Information needed for website hosting, security, scheduling and business correspondence may be processed by providers delivering those services, including Calendly for bookings and Cloudflare for website delivery. Relevant providers receive information to perform their roles; their own notices explain processing for which they are independently responsible.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to advisers involved in a business or legal matter. We do not sell demo inquiry information or disclose it to advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.

6. Retention and security

Inquiry records are retained for the time needed to handle the inquiry, carry out any resulting relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution requirements. The relevant period depends on whether a partnership follows, the type of record and any legal requirement. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable exceptions.

The website uses HTTPS, limited third-party loading and browser security controls. Booking information is handled by the scheduling service and the people responding to your inquiry. No website or transmission method can promise absolute security. Calendly and other providers operate their own security and retention controls.

7. International processing

Dentris serves US dental practices. Scheduling, communications and hosting providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where a transfer safeguard is required by applicable law, the relevant transfer must be covered by an appropriate mechanism. Contact us to ask about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, obtain a copy, restrict certain uses, object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a request decision. These rights may be subject to verification and legal exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing based on consent.

Send requests to info@dentris.app and describe the information or interaction involved. Please do not include patient records or identity documents in your initial message. We will explain any verification needed and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your location.

Use the links in your Calendly confirmation to manage or cancel an appointment. You can stop optional business follow-up by replying to the relevant message or contacting us.

9. Children and external websites

This website is intended for adult dental professionals and practice decision makers. It is not directed to children. If a child has provided information, contact us so the matter can be addressed.

Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and privacy practices.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website or our information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
